General Mills created Feeding Dreams in recognition of everyday people who positively impact their communities. The First Tee of Jacksonville Executive Director Pepper Peete was selected as one of 10 Finalists in the U.S., being named Jacksonville's Community Champion!

Next Top Models at TFTJ
On Monday, August 8, 2010, eight contestants in the locally-produced broadcast show, Jacksonville's Next Top Model, participated in a day of community service for The First Tee of Jacksonville.

Civitan's Play With The Pros Benefits TFTJ
The First Tee of Jacksonville and The First Tee of St Johns County were the recipients from the Play With The Pros fundraising golf tournament organized by Uptown Civitan. The First Tee will email a special Hole-in-One Award Certificate to participants who have had a hole-in-one in honor of their accomplishment. Please send stories and photos to jbaugher@thefirsttee.org .

The A/B Honor Roll

Representatives at The First Tee believe in encouraging participants to excel academically. Each semester, The First Tee Chapters are asked to provide the Home Office with a list of participants who have made As and Bs.
